Pour participer, il \u00e9tait obligatoire d\u2019avoir la qualification d\u2019artisan.<\/p>\n<p><!-- Pub DFP Position [article] --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"txt-int\">La qualification au concours r\u00e9gional en poche<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9gustation d\u2019un jury compos\u00e9 d\u2019une petite dizaine de personnes, c\u2019est la baguette de Maxime Rey, artisan boulanger \u00e0 Roquefort\u00a0qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 la laur\u00e9ate. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des viennoiseries, Nicolas Martineau a rafl\u00e9 les deux premi\u00e8res places pour ses croissants et chocolatines.
