Or, cette formulation pouvait laisser le champ \u00e0 plusieurs interpr\u00e9tations. Parle-t-on de sept jours cons\u00e9cutifs\u00a0? Ou plut\u00f4t d\u2019une semaine civile, du lundi au dimanche\u00a0? La plus haute juridiction fran\u00e7aise a donc tranch\u00e9 dans sa d\u00e9cision rendue le 13\u00a0novembre dernier\u00a0: elle a assoupli la possibilit\u00e9 de travailler plus de six jours \u00e0 la suite.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- Pub DFP Position [article] --><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\" class=\"txt-int\">La logique des semaines civiles retenue<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\"><span><span><span><span><span><span>Une d\u00e9cision qui fait suite au cas d\u2019un salari\u00e9 ayant travaill\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><\/span><span><span><span>onze jours cons\u00e9cutifs, puis douze quelques mois plus tard. M\u00e9content, l\u2019employ\u00e9 avait fait valoir son droit au repos hebdomadaire aux prud\u2019hommes.
